[A] Budget: Looking for Proposals
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide all cleaning equipment and supplies necessary to perform janitorial services in accordance with specifications, such equipment and supplies include but are not limited to the items listed below
- Vacuum Cleaners; designed for industrial use and in excellent working order.
- Liquid soap, toilet tissue, hand towels
- Plastic Liners for waste baskets.
- Mops and Brooms.
- Wash Buckets equipped with mop wringers.
- Cleaning Solutions – Green Product whenever possible
- Rags and cloths (cotton)
- Cleansers, detergents, disinfectants, stain removers and polishes, all of which shall contain instruction for proper use. Further all types of cleaning solutions shall be dispensed in such a way that they are ready for immediate use by cleaning staff, e.g., spray bottles, directions for use and appropriate surfaces.
- Cleaning carts capable of holding all supplies to the government authority located in Hartford, CT.
(2) A pre-bid conference will be held on July 6, 2018.
(3) A contract term will be for one year.
