(1) Vendor needs to provide information technology strategic services for consulting and advisory services to client agencies utilizing industry-based standards or policy, to engage companies that can provide expertise in planning, analysis and design for the state and to support long term goals and requirements and also provide technology innovation, IT strategy and alignment, IT effectiveness, IT cost reduction, package strategy, enterprise architecture planning and management, external and internal strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats, strategic services and planning and business integration and optimization of IT portfolio, program, project management, business process management, service enablement and package integration; business operations and Process Transformation to the government authority located in Hartford, CT.

Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
