Vendor needs to provide occupation and physical therapy services for qualified licensed occupational therapists, certified occupational therapy assistants, physical therapists, and physical therapy assistants, develop skills that increase independence and participation in the school environment, direct service, hands-on, educationally-related including individual and group treatment programs, monitoring of students and informal consultation, skilled observation and preventative intervention, support student and educators, when a student has been identified as having special learning needs and screen students for referral to occupational or physical therapy to the government authority located in Norwalk, CT.
