[A] Budget: Looking for proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide property management services shall manage, operate and maintain the property in an efficient and satisfactory manner in accordance with relevant state standards and all applicable laws, rules and regulations, planning and supervision of all capital and tenant improvements, including construction management, full financial services, including accounting, budget planning and administration, as well as provision of monthly operating reports, maintenance of good tenant relations, creation and implementation of a complete building operation procedures manual, including tenant handbook for operational and tenant use to the government authority located in Meriden, CT.
(2) A mandatory pre-proposal meeting and site inspection will be held on June 26, 2018.
(3) All question must be submitted no later than June 29, 2018.
(4) Contract period will be five years.

Onshore (USA Only)
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office premises.
