[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide professional planning, architectural and technical design services for urban planners [including affordable housing, historic preservation, civic engagement, environmental review, parks, school planning, zoning ordinance review, to name but a few], architects [design elements, materials, texture, aesthetics], landscape architects/designers [open space, plantings], land surveyors, estimators, real estate appraisers/professionals, wetland and soila scientists, urban designers [complete streets, linkages among the elements of the proposed development], urban economists [development review pro Formas, development costs including infrastructure costs to the city], engineers [civil, mechanical, infrastructure (sewer, water), noise, photometric], traffic engineers [including parking, traffic modeling], traffic planning [bicycle/pedestrian, complete streets and the like], environmental professionals and arborists, community facilities [sustainability, resiliency, schools, police/fire, community centers, libraries, and the like], surveyors, soil scientists, wetland biologists, wildlife biologists and hydrogeologists to the government authority located in Stamford, CT.
(2) All questions must be submitted no later than June 14, 2018.
(3) A mandatory pre-proposal meeting will be held on June 6, 2018.
(4) Contract term will be one year.
