(1) Vendor needs to provide grant administration and oversight of public service for documenting maintenance of effort, monitoring continued investment after grant award, monitoring program activities, number served with diversion, income levels of persons served, management of citizen participation, recording complaints related to the program, collect annual self-evaluations of program access, process payment requests from subcontractors and document compliance with hiring practices to the government authority located in Stonington, CT.
(2) All questions must be submitted no later than May 28, 2018.

- Onshore (USA Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
