[A] Budget: Looking for Proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide inbound and outbound call center services from Monday to Thursday on 8 am to 9 pm, Friday 8 am to 8pm, Saturday 8 am to 5 pm and Sunday 10 am to 5 pm.
- Provide telephone, chat and e- mail support services to handle calls for student support services such as admissions, advisement, financial aid, office and registrar, referral services and general institution information.
(2) An approximate call volume is 165,700 inbound calls and 19,000 outbound calls annually during FY2018.
(3) All the questions must be submitted no later than May 21, 2018.

Onshore (USA Only)
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
