[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide computerized maintenance management system, work order management and asset tracking system that define work flow and service request capabilities to automate the work order process, track resources and costs associated with staff, vehicles, tools, materials, etc., support open industry standards in hardware and software that allows information to be distributed between proposed system and existing systems, Run on mobile devices including tablets like Windows, Android, iOS and smart phones like Windows, Android, iPhone.
- Work Order Management System will support the ability to generate work orders made up of multiple job assignments or daily duties, support assigning priorities to work orders, allow team in the field to generate a new work order for future scheduling, able to handle the creation of a work order for reactive work, turn-by-turn directions to each work order location and notifications using multiple media and ability to administer inspection programs through work orders.
- Asset Tracking System that ability to view the current information of an asset in the field via a mobile device or tablet, ability to add, update and delete attribution data on assets, assimilate both linear and fixed asset references, ability to group assets within a category and area, within GIS format, to help schedule and coordinate maintenance activities, support utilization of miles and hours on trucks and equipment, present a schedule of availability of a piece of equipment or truck.
(2) All question must be submitted no later than 9 June, 2018.

Onshore (USA Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
