[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide pension and plan consulting services for employment benefit valuations and other related services including annual review or presentation of actuarial assumption scenarios or their impact on the valuations, annual formal valuation of the assets or liabilities of the pension plan, analysis of financial input and preparation of proposed plan changes, assist in the implementation of recommendations made by the independent auditors concerning the pension plan and determination of benefits for individual employees upon request to the government authority located in Old Saybrook, CT.
(2) Contract period will be for three years.

[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
