[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide community based mental health clinic provider services for high-quality mental health services to children who are preschool-aged through adolescence, and to adults and families in the community. taking a strength-based approach, clinic staff members work with clients to identify treatment issues and establish a treatment plan of care, comprehensive psychiatric and psychological evaluation and assessment, psychotherapy for individuals, families, and groups, medication management, parent consultations to the government authority located in Hartford, CT.
(2) A pre-proposal conference will be held on March 29,2018.
(3) Contract term will be for one year.

[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
