[A] Budget: Looking for Proposals
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide telecommunications maintenance and design services for process of evaluating telecommunications systems service providers for their entire installed avaya and legacy product lines that support voice communications, complete break fix repair service for all existing telephone infrastructure, from desktop handset to closet wiring, to include replacement, entire troubleshooting process, until resolved, providing fully staffed help desk function and support for tracking and reporting purposes, monitor and review all toll and long distance charges and activity on monthly basis and initiate inquiries for charges outside the established benchmarks, Manage billing inquiries and disputes, negotiate credits and confirm receipt to the government authority located in Stamford, CT.
(2) A mandatory pre-proposal will be held on March 8, 2018.
(3) All question must be submitted no later than March 15, 2018.

Onshore (USA Only)
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
