[A] Budget: Looking For Proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide intellectual property management solution for manage all aspects of the protection and commercialization of intellectual property including receipt and recordation of invention disclosures, tracking patent application filings, monitoring of maintenance fees and annuities due and paid, compliance with government reporting requirements, recording executed confidentiality, material transfer and license agreements, accounting of disbursements and receipts associated with all of the above activities and the ability to generate routine and ad hoc reports.
(2) All question must be submitted no later than February 9, 2018.
(3) A contract period will be five years.
[C] Eligibility:
Onshore (USA Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
