(1) Vendor needs to provide pharmacy and pharmaceutical consultant services including policies and procedures related to the use of medications, including potentially hazardous drugs, controlled substances, samples and investigational drugs, review the appropriateness of the prophylactic, therapeutic and empiric use of drugs through the analysis of individual and aggregate drug practice, review significant adverse drug reactions and medication variances and recommend corrective, policies on the storage, disposal, and transportation and monitoring of medications, etc. to the government authority located in East Windsor, CT.
(2) All question must be submitted no letter then 13 February 2018.

Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
