[A] Budget: Looking for Proposals
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide construction services for a new 82’ x 24’ vehicle wash bay building with a 24’ x 12’ equipment room including installation of an automated truck wash system, removal, regrading and replace bituminous concrete pavement, sanitary improvements, including a 2,500 gallon oil water separator, installation of all required mechanical, plumbing and electrical components, equipment room, water, gas and electrical service installation to the new facility, drainage and sewer connections, removal and replacement of bituminous concrete pavement, and the installation, maintenance and removal of erosion control measures to the government authority located in Norwich, CT.
(2) A mandatory pre-bid meeting will be held on January 4, 2018.
(3) All the question must be submitted no later than January 22, 2018.
