(1) Vendor needs to provide workers compensation and heart and hypertension claims administration services for assumption of claims administration of new claims, existing and reported claims, ensure that every employee sustaining a work-related injury or illness, effectively minimize and reduce worker compensation and heart and hypertension costs, assist in instilling a safety conscious management or employee culture and significantly reduce claims frequency and severity and coordinate benefits and workers compensation programs.
(2) All questions must be submitted no later than December 28, 2017.
