(1) Vendor needs to provide renovations and construction services including excavating and backfilling for buried utilities, piping, etc., concrete work for equipment bases, thrust blocks, meter pads, valve boxes, etc., installation of access doors in finished construction, installation of pipe sleeves in walls and floors, wiring of mechanical equipment, framing of openings in walls, floors, roof for ductwork, piping, fans, etc., chases, soffits, furred spaces required to conceal work of this division, flashings for plumbing vents, roof curbs, etc. and wiring of sprinkler system controls, accessory equipment to the government authority located in Noank, CT.
(2) A mandatory pre-bid conference will be held on December 12, 2017.
